THE PROJECT
Whiskey and the Goat's menu changes with the seasons so all of their ingredients are sourced locally, embodying their values of sustainability and community in their restaurant. Their brand has a dark, luxurious feel to it, proving that farm-to-table doesn’t have to feel like a farm.
