Modern UI For A Global Social Networking Site
After years of existing as a sub-brand, The Nomadic Network needed a rebrand that fit their emerging business and a website that could connect users in person and online.
THE PROJECT
The Nomadic Network first started under the umbrella of the Nomadic Matt brand, an established travel blog offering tips and resources to thousands of readers. The brands shared similar logos, colors, and even the same website. So when the time came for The Nomadic Network to have its own identity and website, it was important that the brands be similar yet distinct from one another.
THE DELIVERABLES
Brand Redesign
Logo Suite
User Interface Design for 8+ pages
Custom Website Graphics
BRAND DESIGN
Creating A Modern Brand Of Their Own
Because they wanted their logo to remain cohesive with the Nomadic Matt brand, The Nomadic Network team decided to keep their logo but with colors that matched their new brand and an updated backpacker. The backpacker’s silhouette was smoothed and pants slimmed, matching the modernized look of the brand and providing The Nomadic Network more ownership over their logo.
KIND WORDS
"We worked with Bradlee to transfer our website from a restrictive platform to a Wordpress site that really reflected our brand guidelines and made us look a whole lot more legit. It was great working with someone who was so professional and delivered a big project within tight deadlines. Communication was smooth, and we were really happy with the result!"

WEBSITE DESIGN
Sleek UI That Prioritized Users' Needs
The Nomadic Network’s website served as a social networking platform for travelers hosting virtual events, managing groups, and allowing messaging within the platform. Working alongside the rest of the team, I designed the user interface for the website using Adobe XD and sent the files to the developer to be coded into the final website. Custom graphics and icons were created to ensure the site remained branded and cohesive across all pages. In the end, I designed 8+ pages and stylized interfaces for messaging and profile customizations.
